Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Certain hygiene or personal-use products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
